Stressors can creep into our lives at any given moment, upsetting the balance of calm and confidence that we work so hard to achieve. Use the 4 A's to reset. Avoid stressful situations within your control by planning ahead and learning to say no. Alter your situation by managing the factors you can with communication and clear expectations. Accept the situations you can't change with positive affirmations and being willing to learn from your mistakes. And, finally, Adapt by looking at the big picture and perhaps adjusting your expectations.
