It's easy to take our liver for granted! It usually does a pretty good job keeping up with us, but if we overload it with too many sugary, fatty and high-sodium foods some of those toxins may leak past the liver and into our bloodstream, ending up in the fatty tissues and the nervous system. This can lead to stomach problems such as bloating, diarrhea and constipation. Poor diet can also negatively impact our mood, causing anxiety and depression. Take care of that liver and eat well to be well.
